Rob Bell

Rob Bell has over two decades of leadership experience in non-profit and program management within diverse cultural settings, specifically in Nicaragua. As the Executive Director of El Porvenir since 2006, Rob has successfully led a multicultural team and developed strategic plans through effective board and staff collaboration. Previous roles include Program Evaluator and Liaison for CUSO Canada, Co-Founder and President of Fair Opportunities Group, and Nicaragua Program Director for Youth Challenge International, where Rob managed projects aimed at community improvement. Early in their career, Rob held a technical position at Nortel Networks, where responsibilities included software design and team coordination. Rob holds a Latin American Management Diploma from Capilano University and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
