Jillian Moore-Gonzalez

Jillian Moore-Gonzalez is an experienced legal professional and executive leader with over a decade of experience in both legal and organizational management roles. Since December 2013, Jillian has served as Executive Director and Senior Vice President and In House Counsel at El Valor, where responsibilities include overseeing programming for adults with disabilities, human resources, development and fundraising, as well as navigating legal matters for the agency. Previous roles include Associate Attorney at Anthony J Peraica and Associates, where Jillian focused on employment discrimination and civil rights litigation, and various legal internships at prominent organizations, including the Cook County State's Attorney. Jillian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from DePaul College of Law and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science from DePaul University and Illinois Wesleyan University.
