Anais Snidar

Anais joined the eL3 team in September of 2021. Her role has been instrumental in enhancing the online platform experience for the students. She earned an associate’s degree as a medical assistant however, discovered that field did not suit her desires to help others. Anias then got her bachelors in nonprofit management. Prior to joining forces with eL3 she started as an administrative assistant with the New America College (English language learning college) which boosted her intrapreneurially skills that lead her to and move up to International Student Coordinator within 5 years. She has brought that energy and skillset to eL3. She continues to support and encourage her husband who is a successful entrepreneur of 3+ years. This enhances her understanding of managing a family-owned business similar to theirs.
