Victoria Avila Meoqui is an experienced professional with a robust background in client relations, business development, and human resources. Currently serving as Client Relations Manager at ELA Container since March 2020, previous roles include Business Development Manager for International and Scandinavia markets, as well as managing international projects. Prior to this, Victoria held the position of Corporate HR Manager at RHuman GmbH, focusing on qualification and training programs, talent recruitment, and personnel development. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate HR Manager at RavenGroup and representing RavenCluster in Europe, where support was provided to companies entering the North American market. Early professional experience included logistics and sales management at AZ Ausrüstung und Zubehör. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Management from HS Osnabrück and dual Bachelor's degrees in International/Global Studies and Political and Administrative Science from Universidad de Monterrey and University of Konstanz, respectively.
