Amanda Cassel

Amanda Cassel is an experienced HR Consultant currently with ELA Group, Inc. since June 2017, and previously served in the same role at Luthercare from March 2016 to December 2023. Amanda's career in human resources began at Luthercare, where Amanda worked from November 2004 to January 2014 as an HR Assistant and later as an HR Generalist. Additionally, Amanda coordinated the kidMinistry at LCBC Church in Ephrata from January 2014 to June 2015, and held a position as a Tax Specialist at H&R Block from November 2006 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Penn College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from HACC.
