Charles Haley

Charles Haley has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering field. Charles started their career as a Project Engineer at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. in 1984 and worked there until 1989. Charles then moved on to PSC Engineers where they served as a Project Engineer from 1989 to 1990. In 1990, they joined Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. as a Project Manager/Engineer and stayed with the company until 1996. Since 1997, Charles has been with ELA Group, Inc., initially as the Owner-Director of Engineering and currently as the Owner-President.

Charles Haley attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1979 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
