Michelle Madzelan Pe, F.asce

Michelle Madzelan, PE, F.ASCE, serves as the Senior Transportation Manager at ELA Group, Inc. and holds the position of ASCE Regional Governor for ASCE Region 2 since April 2023. With a longstanding commitment to the American Society of Civil Engineers since 2015, Michelle actively participates on the ASCE Technical Program Subcommittee, concentrating on public policy, multidisciplinary projects, natural and manmade disasters, and professional development. This role includes reviewing technical abstracts, refining content, and moderating multiple sessions at the National Convention. Michelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.
