Patrick Moulds

Patrick Moulds serves as the Director of GIS and Chief Information Officer at ELA Group, Inc. since April 2006 and has been the Vice Chairman of the Elizabeth Township Planning Commission since February 2009. Moulds co-chairs the Lititz Craft Beer Fest, a charitable event supporting the Lititz AMBUCS' mission to promote independence and mobility for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Moulds was a board member for the Lititz AMBUCS from February 2014 to September 2015. Prior experience includes serving as GIS Coordinator at Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc. from May 2002 to May 2006.
