Matthew Pavlovich is an experienced professional in agile delivery and digital transformation, currently serving as Principal Consultant for the Atlassian Practice at Elabor8, a Cprime company, since December 2021. Previously, Matthew held roles such as Lead Capability Consultant for the Australian Department of Defence, focusing on Agile and DevSecOps delivery transformation, and Director of Development at the Australian Department of Human Services, where efforts led to the establishment of an Agile Development community. Matthew's extensive background includes leadership positions in various organizations, managing significant development projects, and leveraging technical expertise in .NET and Delphi technologies.
