Gabrielle de Massol

Gabrielle de Massol is a venture capitalist with a focus on B2B tech sector investments at Elaia, where responsibilities include managing investment tickets ranging from €1m to €15m since March 2024. In addition to roles at Inato, inHEART, Tilak Healthcare, and LynxCare as a Board Observer, Gabrielle previously held a position at Capgemini from 2021 to 2024 as a Corporate Venture Capitalist, sourcing and screening global B2B tech startups. Prior to this, Gabrielle served as a growth hacker at SogetiLabs France, overseeing business development for an innovation unit, and as a data scientist, where expertise in machine learning and AI was utilized for brain-machine interface projects. Early career experience includes assistant R&D roles at CNRS and PRINCE ERACHEM. Educational qualifications encompass a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, an engineering degree in Computer Science from Polytech Nantes, and a PAES in Medicine from Nantes Université.
