Rajneesh Kumar

Rajneesh Kumar is currently the Head of Technology & Innovation and a member of the India Executive Committee at Elait, where they drive innovation strategies in the digital sector. Previously, they served as a Partner at Exusia, overseeing client and delivery management, training, and recruitment. Rajneesh held positions at various companies, including Module Lead at Wipro and Senior Software Engineer at Mphasis, and they have recently worked as an External Consultant in freelance roles. Rajneesh also completed an education program at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
