Tarja Elmgren

Tarja Elmgren is an accomplished Project Manager at Eläketurvakeskus – Finnish Centre for Pensions, where involvement includes serving as Product Owner for document management applications since November 2002. Prior experience includes roles as an Application Specialist at AL-Koulutuskeskus from 1998 to 2001 and IT Trainer at Kasanen Koulutusyhtiöt from 1997 to 1998. Tarja Elmgren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2008 and 2011, and has also studied at HELBUS Helsinki School of Business from 2003 to 2006.
