Carrie Leach

Carrie Leach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Elanco since March 2023, Carrie previously held the role of Director of Quality Management Systems at Inari, where leadership was provided for the global implementation of quality management systems. With a strong foundation established during tenure as Quality Assurance Director at the Office of Indiana State Chemist, Carrie managed quality departments and ensured data integrity through effective use of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) tools. Prior experience includes significant roles at SSCI, Eli Lilly, and Abbott Laboratories, focusing on cGMP compliance, corrective action implementation, and quality system improvements. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
