Dee Hayes

Dee Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT operational process excellence, business analysis, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Sr IT Operational Process Excellence Lead at Elanco since November 2019, Dee has been recognized with four Best of Tech Awards for exemplary team leadership on enterprise-wide projects and has initiated significant improvements to supplier evaluation processes. Prior roles include senior business analyst at Onebridge, where Dee effectively managed project direction for a healthcare client, and instructional designer at MAETRICS, creating training resources for the medical device industry. With a successful freelance career spanning over a decade in authoring and editing, and previous positions at Guidant Corporation and Data Sciences International, Dee has demonstrated a strong ability to lead, innovate, and deliver high-quality solutions across various domains. Dee holds a BS in Business-Economics from the University of Minnesota.
