Dylan Lu

Dylan Lu is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for Greater China at Elanco since September 2018, where previous roles included Executive Director and Senior Director. Prior to joining Elanco, Dylan held various positions at Cargill from August 2011 to August 2018, culminating as Commercial Director for Additives, Premix & Nutrition, and worked in corporate strategy. Earlier experience includes an Investment Banking Summer Associate role at Barclays Capital, a Senior Sales Manager and Project Manager position at Reed Elsevier, and an Account Manager role at Wolters Kluwer. Dylan holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.
