Eric Ayres

Eric Ayres, CMRP, currently serves as the Reliability & Maintenance Planning Leader at Union Agener, Inc. since October 2018. With extensive experience in bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing, Eric has been a Consultant Engineer - Reliability & Mechanical Integrity at Elanco since October 2008, focusing on mechanical integrity programs at a facility producing the sterile injectable drug POSILAC® for dairy cows. Prior roles at Elanco also included Associate Consultant Engineer and responsibilities shifted towards reliability engineering. Eric's career began at Monsanto Company, where important contributions were made as an Associate Consultant Engineer and Project Engineer, developing the Mechanical Integrity program and managing capital projects. Eric holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 1994.
