Jill Conaway

Jill Conaway is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in digital products and engineering. Since June 2012, Jill has held several key positions at Elanco, including Executive Director of Digital Products and Engineering, Senior Director of IT for R&D/Enterprise Data & Analytics, Director of IT for R&D, and IT Consultant for Elanco Knowledge Solutions. Prior to Elanco, Jill worked at Eli Lilly and Company from January 1999 to August 2012, serving as Manager of LRL IT and Senior Systems Analyst in Discovery IT. Jill holds an M.S. in Information and Communication Science from Ball State University and a B.S. in Biological Science from Florida Atlantic University.
