Katrina Juarez is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and staffing across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Training Partner at Elanco since September 2024, Katrina has previously held significant roles, including Corporate Recruiter at Hilton, Recruiter II at Amazon, and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Anthem, Inc. Katrina began their career as a Recruiter at Aerotek while also gaining early management experience as a Staffing and Operations Supervisor at Victoria's Secret.
