Rodrigo Garcia Guimarães is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in leading global IT projects and processes. Currently serving as Executive Technology Manager at Elanco since December 2016, Rodrigo has successfully optimized and standardized IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment. Prior roles include Senior Technology Manager, where Rodrigo directed Organizational Change Management for complex projects, and Technology Manager for Digital Transformation in Latin America, where technological solutions were implemented to boost operational efficiency.
