Stephanie Dykstra

Stephanie Dykstra is a seasoned professional in the field of animal health and vaccine development, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist and Process Development Lead at Elanco since June 2017. Prior experience includes leading analytical development at Novartis Animal Health US, Inc./Elanco, where responsibilities encompassed managing vaccine and biopharmaceutical product development from inception to packaging. Dykstra has also held significant roles at Novartis Animal Health, overseeing international R&D projects and supervising project teams to ensure timely milestones, and has a foundation in research and quality control from earlier positions at Grand Laboratories. Dykstra possesses advanced degrees, including an MBA in Project Management and a MS in Biology, complemented by a BS in Microbiology.
