Mutia Nandika

Mutia Nandika has an extensive work experience spanning various industries. Mutia started their career as a News Reporter and Journalist at RCTI in 2001 and later became a Sales Manager at the same company. In 2010, they joined Microsoft Indonesia as an Education Lead, responsible for managing and delivering the overall growth of Microsoft's market share in education. Following their role at Microsoft, Mutia worked at SCTV as the Division Head/General Manager - Marketing. In 2013, they joined Google as the Country Industry Head before transitioning to PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Mutia also co-founded Active Barn in 2017, a zen-inspired workout space that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, they founded and owned a local fashion label called AIMADA from 2011 to 2016. Most recently, in 2021, Mutia founded Active Barn Go. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Emtek (PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk).
