Radka Mičunková-Mat is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and event coordination. As a Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company from July 2016 to April 2023, Radka developed and executed comprehensive recruiting strategies, leading a team and managing the entire candidate experience. Prior to this, Radka worked as a Researcher at Transearch, specializing in finding top management candidates and conducting market analysis. Radka's earlier roles include serving on the board of Kintari o.s., where organizational skills were applied in humanitarian and cultural projects, as well as owning and coordinating the Ghetto Food Festival. Radka holds a Master's degree in General Anthropology from Charles University and has furthered education at institutions such as the University of Melbourne and Durham University.
