Nicole Murphy

Nicole Murphy is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in evaluating and treating patients in various rehabilitation settings. Currently employed at Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill since August 2014, Nicole collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Prior experience includes working at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness, Inc. in assisted living environments from March 2014 to May 2016, focusing on maximizing residents' functional independence. Nicole's career began as a Job Coach at Orange AHRC from September 2009 to April 2012. Nicole holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University New York, completed between 2004 and 2013.
