Elizabeth Mannon is a neonatal dietitian and specializes in treating preterm babies and their moms. Board-certified as a specialist in pediatric nutrition, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. After graduation, she worked at Women, Infants, and Children in San Diego counseling pregnant women and families on nutrition, infant feeding, and breastfeeding. She completed her Dietetic Internship at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After working with inpatients at UC Davis Children’s Hospital, Tulane University Hospital & Clinics and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, she joined the team at Stanford in Palo Alto, California. She is passionate about giving guidance to help mothers nourish themselves and their little ones, and is inspired by her patients and their families.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures, running, and discovering new restaurants in the Bay Area.
