Anouk also worked as a Medior and Junior Consultant in the same organization, contributing to product development and innovation management.

Furthermore, Anouk worked as a Psychologist at van Rhoon Psychologen, an independent practice affiliated with a primary care physicians' practice. Anouk was involved in setting up a mental health support program and providing treatment to clients with primary care issues.

Anouk's earlier experiences also include working as a Psychologist at GGz Centraal, a mental health organization, and Altrecht, a specialized center for orthopsychiatry and forensic youth psychiatry.

Anouk Haazelager MSc has a diverse education history. Anouk started their education journey in 1998 at RSG Broklede, where they completed their Atheneum degree in the field of Economie en maatschappij.

In 2004, Anouk enrolled at Utrecht University and obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology in 2007. Anouk continued their studies at Utrecht University and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Klinische en gezondheidspsychologie in 2008.

In 2011, Anouk pursued a postdoctoral program at Leiden University, specializing in Systemic relation/partner therapy, which they completed in 2014.

Anouk then enrolled in the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2014, focusing on Management consulting. Anouk obtained a degree in this field, specifically Management, Economics, and Consumer studies, in 2015.
