Anushka Makhloga

Anushka Makhloga currently serves as a Fixed Income Associate at Elara Capital, having transitioned from a Summer Intern role within the same company earlier in 2023. As Co-Founder and President of Girl Up Aurum since October 2020, Anushka has led initiatives focused on securing equal opportunities for underprivileged adolescent girls and hosts the podcast "Voice of Aurum," which amplifies women's voices. Anushka's prior experience includes various internships at organizations such as Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited, ACME Cleantech Solution Private Limited, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, and EY, where skills in business development, financial analysis, risk management, and competitive research were cultivated. Anushka holds a Master of Science in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University.
