Michael Doherty

Michael Doherty has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in the field of in-home healthcare services and chronic care management. Michael has held various senior leadership positions throughout their career. Michael currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at CapLock Group. Previously, they worked as the Senior Vice President at Elara Caring, overseeing the delivery of in-home healthcare services. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President Managed Care, Palliative Care, Risk Adjustment Services, and Data Analytics at Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. Michael was also the Senior Vice President of Sales/Chief Development Officer at Alegis Care/Cigna Healthspring Health Plan, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Sales at SeniorBridge, Care Support of America, Pharos Innovations, and Matrix Medical Network, where they were responsible for selling healthcare services to various organizations, including managed care, HMOs, ACOs, and hospital systems. Doherty's expertise includes sales and marketing, strategic business alliances, and program development.
