Ellen Reidy

Ellen Reidy is a BIM Coordinator at Elara Engineering since June 2017, responsible for managing Revit models, developing company standards, modeling MEPFP systems, training staff, and creating marketing materials. Previously, Ellen held positions as a Mechanical Engineer on both the Design and Energy Teams, focusing on mechanical system design and energy analysis for diverse building types. Ellen's experience also includes a role as a Senior Design Team Member at Calvin University, where a man-powered vehicle was designed and built, along with a mechanical engineering internship at Dematic North America. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a mechanical concentration from Calvin University, complemented by international experience at Technische Universität Berlin and early career roles in various capacities including coaching gymnastics.
