Adam Demjen

Adam Demjen is a Principal Software Engineer at Elastic since July 2022, specializing in developing search experiences within Elastic Enterprise Search, focusing on data processing pipelines and Machine Learning model inference. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Architect at AppDirect (July 2016 - July 2022), where Adam led the Engineering organization's Knowledge Sharing Strategy and collaborated on architecture guidelines. Adam also held various roles at AppDirect, including Tech Lead and Staff Backend Developer for the AppWise platform, overseeing microservice architecture and developing core functionalities. At Morgan Stanley (March 2008 - June 2016), Adam worked as a Lead Developer and Software Architect, delivering solutions for risk aggregation and data retrieval frameworks. Adam's career began at InfoInno Ltd. as a Developer, creating workflow management systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Budapest Business University.
