Archit J. is a Senior Analyst specializing in Benefits and Wellbeing for the APAC and EMEA regions at Elastic since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Infoblox, a Senior Reward Analyst at dunnhumby, and a Regional Benefits Specialist at Nestlé, along with significant tenure at Willis Towers Watson, where Archit was a Team Leader and Benefits Survey Lead for APAC.
