Jan Doberstein

Jan Doberstein is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Elastic since June 2021, Jan actively contributes to team development and the interview process. Prior to this, Jan established and led the support infrastructure at Graylog, Inc., transforming it into an international team focused on customer service. Jan's background also includes significant roles at Capgemini, enhancing customer environments, and at 'wer-kennt-wen.de' as a System Administrator. Additionally, Jan co-founded Abusix, where foundational efforts were made to establish the company, and held various positions in system administration and development across several organizations since 2000.
