Jennifer Powers

Jennifer Powers serves as the Account Director for State Government and Higher Education at Elastic, managing business operations in NSW, VIC, and QLD since April 2024. With extensive experience in account management and business development, Jennifer previously held the position of Enterprise Account Director at Confluent, focusing on the public and private sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Prior experiences include senior roles at Salesforce and Gartner, where Jennifer worked closely with C-Level executives to drive business strategy and optimize technology investments. Jennifer began a professional career at FiberLight and Cbeyond, highlighting a strong background in telecommunications and IT services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Florida, along with an additional Master’s degree from Manchester Business School.
