Joel Thomas currently serves as the Strategic Account Director at Elastic since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joel held several key positions at NCC Group from August 2015 to December 2021, including Sales Specialist for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Security Improvement & Remediation (SIR), where responsibilities included leading commercial efforts and enhancing security maturity for complex digital environments.
