Jonathan Shaw

Jonathan Shaw is a Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Litigation and Employment Law at Elastic since November 2022. Previously, Jonathan served as Employment Counsel at Novo Nordisk on secondment from Littler Mendelson, where employment law advisory was provided across various issues. Jonathan's experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Littler Mendelson involved defending and counseling employers on labor and employment matters, including discrimination and wage-and-hour actions. Prior to that, Jonathan was a Commercial Litigation Attorney at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, focusing on commercial and employment disputes. Early career roles included judicial internships at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, as well as a certified legal internship at the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Jonathan holds a J.D. from Temple University and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.
