Joseph T. Murin

Joseph T. Murin is a Solutions Architect in Cyber Security at Elastic since October 2019, previously serving as a Senior Sales Engineer - Channel at Endgame from October 2018 to October 2019. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Guidance Software from January 2007 to November 2017, where Joseph held multiple roles, culminating as Director of Field Engineering & Installation Services. Roles at Guidance Software included Senior Manager in both Field Engineering (RnD) and Special Projects, along with Senior Field Engineer and Principal Consultant positions. Prior to that, Joseph worked as an Investigator in the Computer Analysis and Technology Unit (CATU) at the NJ Division of Criminal Justice from March 2004 to December 2006, contributing to the FBI’s New Jersey Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory. Joseph began his career as a Telecommunications Technician at Hudson Valley Wireless ISP in 2003-2004. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology / Information Systems from Marist University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
