Michael Knoeller

Michael Knoeller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Support Manager at Elastic since April 2021, Michael previously held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Jive Software, where oversight of two remote Customer Support/Success teams was a key responsibility.
