Hen Sultan

Hen Sultan is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Hour One since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Global Customer Success Team Lead EMEA at Optimove from August 2019 to February 2022, and Customer Success Manager at the same company from January 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, Hen Sultan worked as a Program Manager at ניצוצות from 2015 to 2017 and as a Freelance Licensed Tour Guide with Egged Tours from December 2011 to March 2016, alongside serving as an Educational Instructor at The Ben-Gurion Heritage Institute from 2013 to 2016.
