Natalie Ritchie is currently the Regional Vice President of Sales at Elastic, where they lead a team of SLED West Account Executives to provide value with Elastic's open source platform. Previously, Ritchie served as an Enterprise Account Manager at Nutanix and held various roles at Cisco, including Select Major Account Manager, where they achieved significant sales milestones. Ritchie also co-led the Women of Cisco, Americas Board, promoting community and career development for women in the organization. Ritchie earned a BA in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
