Tamon Yanagimoto

Tamon Yanagimoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner operations and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Operations Manager at Elastic since September 2021, Tamon leads a team focused on internal and external partner queries, managing systems, processes, and sales enablement. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon Web Services, where Tamon led initiatives to enhance partner enrollment and revenue as the Global Windows APN Program Lead, and significant tenure at Microsoft, with positions ranging from Partner Marketing Advisor to Business Manager for Xbox Store, driving operational efficiency and program success. Tamon holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Illinois State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Lincoln Christian University.
