Tom Lawler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Customer Success Group at Elastic since April 2018, Tom drives strategic initiatives under the Chief Customer Officer. Previous roles include founding and leading the Global Customer Success & Support Operations team and the Customer Success Programs at Elastic, as well as a Senior Consultant at IBM Research THINKLab, focusing on client interactions and innovation in various sectors, including healthcare and finance. Prior to that, Tom was a Dedicated Advisor for the Advisory Board, assisting healthcare organizations across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.
