Vrishali Patil

Vrishali Patil, CPA, is a Global Tax Leader with extensive experience in tax operations and reporting. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Tax at Elastic since 2025, Vrishali previously held the position of Tax Managing Director at Accenture from 2018 to 2025. Prior to that, they were the Tax Director for Global Tax Reporting and US Tax Operations at Transocean from 2016 to 2018, and a Tax Manager at Harper & Pearson Company from 2011 to 2014. Vrishali holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
