Karl Radolovic is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in technical management and product development within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Elastomers Australia since July 2018, Karl previously held the position of Engineering Manager at ENTEGRO GROUP PTY LTD, focusing on materials development and process improvements. Prior to that, Karl managed day-to-day engineering operations at E.D. Oates Pty Ltd, where notable achievements included overseeing the design and development of patented products. Earlier career roles include Project Engineer at Lasslett Rubber & Plastics PTY LTD and Silcraft Pty Ltd, where Karl successfully implemented manufacturing processes and new technologies in automotive component supply. Karl holds an Associate Diploma and Advanced Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering from Victoria University and has foundational education from RMIT University.
