Bethany N. Kondavaty

Bethany N. Kondavaty, MPH, currently serves as the Onboarding Project Manager at Elation Health since October 2022. Previously, Bethany held the position of Operations Manager for the Behavioral Team at Cerebral from November 2021 to July 2022, overseeing operations for a team of 150 clinicians and focusing on continuous improvement through KPI dashboard monitoring. At Matrix Medical Network, Bethany excelled as Client Operations Manager Lead, coordinating nationwide COVID testing and vaccine administration events while managing urgent operational issues. As Program Manager at the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Bethany provided quality improvement support to pediatric providers and advocated for climate change awareness. Earlier experience includes roles as a Nutrition Intern at the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and Lead Health Educator at Whole Foods Market, promoting healthy eating and wellness education. Bethany holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a dual degree in Theatre and English from New York University, along with various certifications in culinary arts and holistic health counseling.
