Carly Miller

Carly Miller is an experienced Senior People Operations Specialist at Elation Health, where initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) have led to significant improvements in employee engagement and awareness. Previous roles included Volunteer Coordinator at Kesem National, where successful outreach increased membership, and various teaching assistant positions at UC Berkeley, focusing on public health education and community engagement. Carly also contributed to the Women's Funding Network in marketing and communications, organized fundraising events with Camp Kesem at Berkeley, and supported early childhood education programs. Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley, complemented by minors in Education and Global Poverty and Practice, and has completed a BASE Summer Program at the Haas School of Business.
