Penny Morris

Penny Morris is an experienced professional in compliance, government programs, and healthcare management, currently serving as the Compliance and Government Programs Manager at Elation Health since November 2022. Prior to this role, Penny worked at Signify Health as an Interoperability Program Manager and Program Specialist, where responsibilities included analyzing CMS regulations and managing client content for MIPS reporting. Earlier experience includes coordinating therapeutic services for youth at Tahoe SAFE Alliance as the Children's Program Manager and participating in a fellowship at the Women's Foundation California focused on domestic violence legislation. Educationally, Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Organization and Advocacy from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno.
