Sarah Kasten

Sarah Kasten is currently the Chief People Officer at Elation Health. Prior to this, they were an Executive HR Consultant with Springtide Child Development from March 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources for Kaplan Test Prep from May 2015 to October 2020. In this role, Sarah directed the overall HR function for a 300M+ organization with 5,000+ full and part time global employees. In 2019, they assumed responsibility for an additional 200M+ division with a similar scope and focus on future business integration.

Sarah has extensive experience in strategic change management planning and execution, HR analytics and data, diversity & inclusion, talent development, and compensation. Sarah is also well-versed in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding. Sarah is known for their ability to build strong employee engagement and loyalty that drives value to the bottom line.

Sarah Kasten earned their Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Leadership from the University of Richmond.
