Jodie Piggott

CAO Project Analyst, EFS Change Management at Elavon Europe

Jodie Piggott has a strong background in strategy consulting and project management. Jodie worked at Vhi from 2009 to 2019, where they held various roles including Strategy Consultant and Health & Wellbeing Project Analyst. In these positions, they conducted research to identify new business opportunities, monitored the business landscape for threats and opportunities, and supported the implementation of the company's strategy. Jodie also worked proactively with HR managers to implement employee assistance programs and wellbeing initiatives. Prior to their time at Vhi, Jodie worked as an EAP Associate and Training Wellness Coordinator, managing the provision of client organizations' EAP programs and providing support in areas such as referrals and critical incident responses. In 2019, Jodie joined Elavon Europe as a CAO Project Analyst, focusing on EFS Change Management.

Jodie Piggott completed a Master of Science degree in Management and Organisational Studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland from 2014 to 2015. Prior to these postgraduate studies, Jodie obtained a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Dublin Business School from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Jodie Piggott obtained a Yoga Teacher Certification (200 Hours) from Yoga Alliance in December 2019. They also have a certification in Group Crisis Intervention & Peer Support, obtained from Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Ireland, although the specific details regarding the date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
