Abigail Underwood

Abigail Underwood serves as a Partner Incubation Implementation Manager at Elavon, Inc. since November 2018, where responsibility includes executing partnership initiatives such as development, certification, onboarding, and launching new partners. Previously, as a Customer Implementation and Delivery Manager, Abigail focused on enhancing support for clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors, notably assisting Hilton Franchisees with a new payment solution rollout across over 720 locations. In the role of Customer Implementation and Delivery Coordinator, Abigail managed daily project tasks and supported Implementation Managers with reporting and onboarding efforts. Abigail holds a Project Management Certificate from Arapahoe Community College and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Egyptian Archaeology from Harvard University.
