Chris Wimmer

Chris Wimmer has a diverse work experience with a focus on product management and development. Chris started their career at Sapient in 1996 as a Software Developer and later became a Lead Software Developer. Chris then joined Elavon, Inc. in 2001 as a Manager of Web Development and gradually moved up the ranks to become a Senior Director and VP, leading various product and development teams. Their roles at Elavon included overseeing global eCommerce, internet development, and most recently serving as the VP Product - POS and Gateway Lead. Their tenure at Elavon lasted from 2001 to the present.

Chris Wimmer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Hampton Roads Academy from 1986 to 1991. No degree or field of study is specified for their time at Hampton Roads Academy.
