Gustavo Rafael Alonso Macias is currently working as Jefe de operaciones at ELAY AMERICA (CELAY). Previously, Gustavo Rafael held the position of Supervisor at Ferro Mexicana S.A. de C.V. and Team Leader ensamble at Mabe Corporativo. Before that, Gustavo Rafael worked as Supervisor de producción pintura at PINTURA ESTAMPADO Y MONTAJE SAPI DE CV. Gustavo graduated with a degree in Ingeniería electrónica, robótica y mecatrónica from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya in 2017. Throughout their career, Gustavo Rafael has demonstrated strong skills in operations management, resource management, strategic planning, and quality control. Gustavo Rafael has also been actively involved in training and development programs to promote multi-skilling of employees.
